Emanuele specialises in franchising matters and constantly advises
well-known foreign franchisors in relation to the setting up and
management of their franchising networks in Italy, as well as
Italian franchisors developing their chains worldwide. He was
closely involved in the drafting of the Italian franchise
law. He is rated by the International Who's
Who Legal of Franchise Lawyers (Law Business
Research). He is actively involved in the Italian
Franchising Association and is also a member of the IBA
Franchising Committee. He acts as an arbitrator in franchise
related cases in Italy. Emanuele regularly writes for trade
journals and lectures on franchise and distribution.
