Graeme has over eight years’ experience of both domestic and
international franchising, from advising entrepreneurs and
companies looking to expand their business through franchising to
established Fortune 500 franchisors. Graeme advises on all
non-contentious issues relating to international and domestic
franchising. Graeme has written articles for Franchise World,
Franchise Business and Law Alert and Business Franchise Magazine
and has spoken at a number of international franchising
seminars.
In addition to preparing and advising on franchise
agreements for established UK and international clients, Graeme
assists small and start up UK franchisors with franchising their
businesses and drafting the legal documentation. Graeme
advises small and start up UK franchisors with the
conceptualisation and structuring of their concepts through to
their roll-out. Graeme has a particular focus on service, retail and
food and beverage clients.
