Grégoire Toulouse has developed a strong expertise in
distribution law, with a particular focus on franchising. He has
advised a wide range of domestic and international franchisors
(English and American) helping them to set up their businesses in
France and deal with French pre-contract disclosure requirements
and mandatory rules. Grégoire also regularly advises
franchisors in their disputes with franchisees before French
Courts.
Grégoire has been a member of the Paris Bar since February
2004.
He publishes articles on a regular basis in the field of
distribution law for the general business information press as well
as the specialised legal press.
