Since joining the firm in October 2006,
Sonal has advised domestic and international
franchise clients in the food & beverage, retail and service
providers sectors. Sonal has advised on and drafted the
core legal and ancillary documentation and assisted with
negotiations for a number of clients in relation to the
expansion of their franchise businesses into the Middle
East, Turkey, Ireland, Mexico and the UK. Sonal has also
advised clients on the appropriate exit strategies and related
commercial issues.
