Victoria heads up the franchise dispute resolution
team. Victoria cases range from multi-million pound
international disputes to smaller domestic disputes acting for a
wide variety of clients. Victoria has extensive experience of
alternative dispute resolution (ADR), including mediation and
arbitration. Victoria also works closely with clients to help
them develop strategies to minimise the risk of disputes arising,
including advising on pre-contractual advertising and promotional
literature and franchisee recruitment open days. Victoria has
written articles for Franchise World, Franchise
Business and Law Alert and Business Franchise
Magazine and regularly speaks at trade events.
