William Parsloe

William joined the firm in 2004 and
works in franchising and licensing. He has helped a wide
range of clients set up domestic and international franchises
with a primary focus on retail or
food and beverage networks. He advises
on the drafting, negotiation and termination of all types
of franchising documentation including the mandatory
franchisor disclosure laws that many jurisdictions enforce and
has recently worked on multi-outlet rollouts across Europe, the
Middle East, India, China and Malaysia.
